Hey Crafty Friends!! This week has been crazy to say the least. Lots of cookie baking and package mailing to family far and near. Plus, cleaning house getting ready for our Sailor to come home for a week.
Back to baking, every Christmas holiday I like to bake biscotti and ginger cookies. I made 4 batches of Spring Biscotti, substituting pecans for pistachios, we have lots of pecans in Texas. I tried a new recipe Vanilla Biscotti -- so yummy. Then there was one batch of Peppermint Biscotti , a batch of Cinnamon Sugar Biscotti, and a new Gingerbread Biscotti that was hard as a rock, but tasted great after dipping in hot tea. My house smelled so good. Oh, yes there is one more, my all time favorite Better Homes and Gardens Giant Ginger Cookies -- I love these cookies.
