Quiet Meadow and 2021-2023 In Color Shimmer Vellum

 Hey Crafty Friends!!! Let me tell you about the 2021-2023 In Color Shimmer Vellum, it is fabulous.  The photo in the catalog (pg 135) does not do it justice it is absolutely fabulous.  It can be stamped, used as an overlay, accent piece and die cut.  





Card Details
  • Paper
    • Smoky Slate CS - 11" x 4 1/4", score and fold at 5 1/2"
    • Basic White CS - 5 1/4" x 4"
    • 21-23 In Color Shimmer Vellum - 2 1/4" x 6"
  • Stamps
    • Quiet Meadow
  • Ink
    • Stazon Jet Black
    • Smoky Slate
  • Accessories 
    • Fresh Freesia 3/8" Open Weave Ribbon
1.  Stamp large flower image with Stazon ink onto Fresh Freesia Shimmer Vellum and let dry.   
2.  Stamp random background onto Basic White CS with Smoky Slate ink. 
3.  Use Tear & Tape Adhesive to attach vellum to Basic White layer by folding excess vellum over edges.
4.  Glue layers to  card base and add ribbon.  Glue dots can be placed under vellum and ribbon to hold in place.  All done.
