Come Sail Away Suite - Available 4 June

Hello Crafty Friends!!  Only a few days remain before the launch of the new 2019-2020 Annual Catalog.  Today I am sharing a card I made with a kit I pre-ordered.  When I saw this set I feel in love for many reasons, one being the DSP.  The Come Sail Away DSP is full of blue and I love blue.  It is a  nautical theme and my daughter is considering joining the Navy, so I have to be ready to make all kinds of nautical goodies for her.  

Measurements:

Night of Navy card base 5 1/4 x 4 1/4 

(8 1/2 x 5 1/4 folded in half)

Sahara Sand Layer 5 x 4 

DSP Layers 1 7/8 x 3 7/8 and 3 x 3 7/8

Tip: I used the Come Sail Away Memories and More Card Pack for the "DSP" background.  The Come Sail Away DSP has similar designs.  The rope accent between the two papers is actually a sticker included in the Come Sail Away Memories and More Card Pack.  The Smooth Sailing Dies includes a rope die as well.

I used sponge daubers to apply Night of Navy and Gray Granite ink to the Light House stamp.  A dauber is a great way to apply multiple colors of ink to a stamp.
