Black and Red Valentine -- Lots of Heart Bundle

Hey Crafty Friends!!  One of my favorite bundles in the Jan-Jun 2021 Mini catalog is the Lots of Heart Bundle.  I love it!!!  Here is one of my many creations I made with this fantastic bundle.   




Card Details

  • Paper 
    • Real Red CS card base 11" x 4 1/4", score and fold at 5 1/2", plus 3" x 3"
    • Basic Black CS layer 5 3/8 x 4 1/8" 
    • Basic White CS layer 5 1/4" x 4"
  • Stamps

  • Tools/Embellishments
    • Many Hearts Dies 
    • Red Basic Rhinestone Jewels

Sunday Card Share - Fine Art Floral Suite

Hey Crafty Friends!!! I craft for piece of mind, it is my therapy and a distraction from the craziness of the day.  My Sunday posts are usually a card share, like to day's cards that are made from the Fine Art Floral Suite, page 32 of the Jan-Jun 2021 Mini Catalog.  I love sharing what others have created to inspire me.  I am inspired by the lovely handmade cards I receive from friends and I am inspired by God's creations on this earth.   I love how His creations can be translated into lovely stamps and papers, like today's Fine Art Floral Suite card share.   What inspires you?

Vine Design Quick Card with Video

Happy Friday Crafty Friends!!!  Here is a quick card for you that I cased from a retired catalog.  I love making easy cards that use a single image as a focal point and to show how easy can be.  This is a great beginner card or a make and take card.  Don't you like the Old Olive and the Misty Moonlight colors, they are great together. 


Card Instructions
  1. Cut Old Olive card base 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", score and fold at 4 1/4" and Old Olive top layer 5" x 3 3/4".  
  2. Stamp large leaf image from the Vine Design stamp set in lower left side of top layer.
  3. Cut Misty Moonlight CS 1/2" x 3 3/4" and adhere to top layer approximately 1" from bottom. 
  4. Added Braided Linen Trim and punch sentiment layers from Basic White and Smoky Slate CS using the Double Oval Punch.
  5. Stamp sentiment on white oval and glue ovals together.  Attach sentiment with dimensionals.
  6. Use dimensional to secure top layer to card base and add Elegant Faceted Gems.
