Fresh Freesia Monochrome Card featuring Hugs For Love Stamp Set

Hey Crafty Friends!  For the second color of the 2025 Monochrome Insta-Hop the color is Fresh Fressia.  It happens to be one of my friend Pat's favorite colors.  This card is an easy one and has a great message.  Hope you find some inspiration here.  



Card Details

  • Stamp - Hugs for Love
  • Paper 
    • Fresh Freesia card base - 11" x  4 1/4" score/fold at 5 1/2", scrap for die cut layer
    • Basic White layer - 4" x 3", scrap for die cut label
    • Toadstool gardens 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper - 4" x 1 5/8"
  • Ink
    • Fresh Fressia Ink
    • Fresh Fressia Stampin' Write Marker
  • Tools/Embellishments
    • Adhesive-Backed Heart Sequins
    • Stylish Shapes Dies (love these dies)
    • Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine
    • Your favorite stamping platform
    • Adhesive



I layered the DSP on the wite panel and then used the Fresh Freesia Stampin' Wtire Maker to colotr the edge all around.  I think it just makes a nice transistion when I use the same color ink as base.  The hearts sequins were perfect for this card.

        Daffodil Delight Monochrome Card featuring Painted Texture Embossing Folder and Grow With Love Stamp Set

        Hey Crafty Friends!  Today's post features my first Monochrome Insta-Hop card of 2025. The staring color for this year is Daffodil Delight. It is a color that makes me smile.  Hope you find some inspiration here.  



        Card Details

        • Stamp - Grow with Love
        • Paper 
          • Daffodil Delight card base - 11" x  4 1/4" score/fold at 5 1/2"
          • Basic Black layers - 3 5/8" x 4 7/8" and 2 3/8" x 3 5/8"
          • Daddodil Delight embossed layer - 3 1/2" x 4 3/4" 
          • Daffodil Delight layer - 2 1/4" x 3 1/2" 
          • Basic White stamped layer - 2 1/8" x 3 3/8"
        • Ink
          • Memento Tuxedo Black
          • White Craft Ink
        • Tools
          • Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder



        After embossing the Daffodil Delight layer with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder I applied White Craft ink directly over the embossed layer.  The white craft ink is a pigment ink that requires some time to dry.  This is one of my favorite ways to add color to embossed layers.
