DO Stamping with the STARS Inspiration Hop DOswts#315- Sneak Peek - Floral Essence

Hi Crafty Friends!!  Welcome to the DOswts#315 Inspiration Hop featuring a sneak peek at the lonely stamp set Floral Essence and new In-Color, Rocco Rose.  I think this stamp set is going to be very popular and the Rocco Rose is a beautiful addition to our color selection. 

The products featured  in my card today, Floral Essence Stamp Set, 2019-2121 In-Colors and Rocco Rose ink, will be available on 4 June.  So exciting!!  Rocco Rose and Blushing Bride make a great color pairing.

TIP:  I stamped the flower center with Crumb Cake, making sure to stamp off first since I wanted it to be more subtle than the flower image.  Using a dauber dipped in Rocco Rose  I gently added to the some color to the flower center.

Hello Friend Frosted Florals

The Fresh Florals DSP on page 29 in the Holiday Catalog is scrumptious.  It is delicate, it feels so good in your hand, and the shimmer is so subtle.  Did I tell you I really like this paper?  I do!!  This paper is so pretty that it could be wallpaper.  It is fabulous paired with the Happiness Surrounds stamp set and Snowfall Thinlets.

TIP: Adding and extra layer of card stock gives the card depth and it the perfect way to hid the ends of the Braided Linen Trim.  I laid a thin line of glue down along the seam of the Frosted Floral DSP and wrapped the linen to the back of the card layer, securing with snail.

DOStamper STARs Thursday Challenge #301 - Card CASE Featuring Festive Farmhouse DSP

Welcome to this week's DOStamper Stars Thursday Challenge #301.  This week is it is showCASE challenge using the picture below for inspiration.

Notes:  The sentiment is from the Wood Words stamps set.  The leafy sprigs are from the Rooted In Nature Bundle.  I stamped two sets of leaves using Mossy Meadow ink and cardstock and Granite Gray ink on vellum.  Tried out the new Braided Linen Trim -- think I have found a new favorite trim.
