DOswts374 Sketch Inspiration Blog Hop - featuring Ever Eden DSP

Hey Crafty Friends!!! Time to play with the STARS again. I love being part of this creative group of people. I consider them my crafty family. Today's hop is a sketch inspiration hop and I decided to use the Ever Eden DSP for my Christmas card. I love the versatility of this paper, it fits all occasions.



Card Measurements
  • Soft Succulent CS - card base 8 1/5" x 5 1/2", score and fold at 4 1/4"
  • 21-23 In-Color Vellum - layer 3 1/2' x 4 3/4"
  • Ever Eden DSP - layer 3 1/4" x 4 1/2", scraps for punched tree
  • Ever Eden Cotton Paper - strip 3/4" x 4 1/2" 
  • Basic White CS - sentiment 1/2" x 4" 
  • Crumb Cake & Evening Evergreen CS - scraps for punched trees
 


Note: I flipped the sketch because I had a little booboo on the right side that I needed to cover with the trees.  That is totally okay, you can make adjustments to any sketch to suite your style or (as in my case) you need to cover up a mistake.  Call it artistic interpretation. lol

Note: Original design is from Theresa Momber on Split Coast Stampers.  I made adjustments to fit the gift card.

Card Case Monday #2 - Tasteful Touches

Hey Crafty Friends!!! For this week's Card Case Monday I cased a Tasteful Touches card on page 110 of the 21-22 Annual Catalog and then used same layout for Christmas card using the Painted Christmas DSP.  This card layout is so adaptable it can be made with stamped images on white card stock or use DSP scraps to create the layers.
