STARS Jan-Jun Mini Catalog and Sale-A-Bration Sneak Peak Blog Hop

#DOSwts354 Sketch Inspiration Hop - Well Suited DSP

 


Hey Crafty Friends!!  The first team challenge of the new year!!  Every month I look forward to the creative team challenges.  Nothing gets your creative mojo going like creating with your team.  For today's sketch challenge I used the great Well Suited Designer Paper, I love the strong masculine colors and design of this paper, it is special.  The sentiment is from the Heal Your Heart Stamp, a Sale-A-Bration item that you can get for FREE with a qualifying purchase!!





Card Instructions: 

  1. Start with card base cut 11" x 4 1/4", score and fold at 5 1/2"
  2. Layer DSP pieces cut 3 3/4" x 2 1/4" and 1" x 4 1/2"according to sketch with liquid glue.
  3. Die cut DSP with largest die from the Tasteful Labels Dies and stamp sentiment. Adhere to card front with dimensionals
  4. Adhere Frosted Epoxy Droplets and add liner inside card if desired.

January Birthday Card #1 - Oval Occasions Bundle and Paper Blooms DSP - Sale-A-Bration Item

Hey Crafty Friends!!!  Here is my first creative post of the New Year, my January Birthday Card #1.  This card features from the January-June Mini Catalog the Oval Occasions Bundle and the beautiful Paper Blooms DSP, a Sale-A-Bration item.  Since January is my birthday month, I plan to create more cards to celebrate!!

    • Night of Navy CS card base 11" x 4 1/4", score and fold at 5 1/2"
    • Petal Pink CS layer 5 1/4" x 4"
    • Basic White CS layer 5" x 3 3/4"
    • Paper Blooms DSP

  • Tools/Embellishments
    • Double Oval Punch
    • Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch
    • Pastel Pearls 

Tip: This is a great card layout and adaptable for any occasion and even a good layout for batch card making.  Cut, punch, stamp, and glue.  Watch my video to see how easy it is to create this card.
