DOswts359 - Stamping with the STARS - Butterfly Inspiration Hop

 


Hey Crafty Friends!!!  Today I am sharing a card using the soon to be retired Butterfly Wishes stamps.  I paired my stamped image with Basic Gray and that wild color, Magenta Madness.

    • Basic Gray CS card base 11" x 4 1/4", score and fold at 5 1/2", layer  5" x 3 1/2"
    • Magenta Madness CS layer 5" x 3 1/2"
    • Basic White CS stamped layer  3" x 3"

    • Versa Mark, Magenta Madness, Just Jade

TIP: I stamped the larger floral stem with Versa Mark onto the Basic Gray layer to give a tone-on-tone look.  Basic Gray ink will give you the same effect, but a little darker.   Used sponge daubers to ink up butterfly image with Magenta Madness and Just Jade ink.

No Butterfly Bijou DSP - No Worries!! Easy way to create same cards with your DSP stash.

Hey Crafty Friends!!! I can tell you we were all surprised at how quickly the beautiful Butterfly Bijou DSP sold out in two weeks.  Today, I am sharing 5 swap samples made with the Butterfly Bijou and then 5 duplicates I made with alternate DSP from my stash.  The top card is made with the Butterfly Bijou, followed by the case card I made with my stash of DSP.
