Tip: How to build the top layer

1. Lightly sponge top portion of Whisper White CS with Balmy Blue ink.  Stamp mountains in Smoky Slate and stamp a row of trees in Old Olive ink.  Add a few birds in the sky if desired.
2. On the 2nd piece of Whisper White CS stamp a row of trees with Old Olive ink and die cut.  Then glue die cut layer to the sky layer and trim off excess, should measure 5" long. 
3. Sponge Old Olive along stamped tree line and lightly sponge Soft Suede on bottom portion blending upward. Stamp trees and sentiment in Mossy Meadow.

Hello Crafty Friends!!  Today I am playing with a sketch from the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge Blog.  The sketch is very straight forward, just how I like them to be.  I used the lovely vintage floral patterns in the Ornate Garden DSP, it has such a 70's vibe -- can't believe the 70's are vintage.  Getting old.  Be sure to stop by the FMS #438 post to see all the great cards that have been submitted and to get inspired to create.

Hey Crafty Friends!!  Hope all is well in your area.  Here in Wichita Falls it is finally High School graduation time after a few weeks delay due to COVID-19.

Tip:  Die cut Many Medallion trellis then use sponge brayer to cover with Real Red ink.  Cut trellis in half on the long side and you can make two cards.
