Tasteful Touches - Masked Card

Hey Crafty Friends!!  Two weeks ago on my Coffee and Cards Facebook Live I made cards using the wonderful Tasteful Touches Bundle, which is part of the gorgeous In Good Taste Suite. I kept my cards very neutral and simple by using Night of Navy, Basic Gray and Whisper White and a bit of masking.

DOswts342 - Stamping with the STARS Inspiration Hop -- All About Stars

Hey Crafty Friends!!! Today it is all about STARS.  The DOStamper Stars are sharing cards made with a star theme.  My card is a clean and simple birthday card made with Stitched Stars Dies and the beautiful Artistry Blooms DSP. 

Card Instruction:

1. Start with Whisper White Thick card base cut 11" x 4 1/4", score and fold at 5 1/2.  Using the Simply Score Board, add three score lines across the bottom of the card front.  Be sure to score on the inside of the front panel. 
2. Stamp desired sentiment from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set with Night of Navy ink.  
3. Use Stitched stars dies to die cut several stars from the Artistry Blooms DSP and Silver foil paper.  Attach stars in a random pattern with glue and dimensionsals.

Tea Time Stampers Team Card Swap -- Yes, I have a team!!!

TIP:  I used a 1" strip of printer paper to mask a section on the Whisper White CS prior to adding ink.  Then brushed on the ink and stamped images with the Balmy Blue ink.  The new Lovely Labels Pick A Punch fit perfectly in this card.  I love the fact I get 3 width options, 2 different designs and I can make the label as long or short as I want. The perfect punch for adding a label to any project.  See video from Stampin' Up!

Tip: To conserve my Silver Foil paper I die cut the stems for the center of the foil prior to adhering the Misty Moonlight layer.
