Hey Crafty Friends!!! Oh my, I am so happy to be back posting after spending 5 days tearing up my kitchen and dining room floors. That was a lot of work and now I just have to wait for the new floors on 7 March. So thankful for the help of a great crew to do the demo and clean up. So blessed.
Last week at our team monthly team meeting we had a Mystery Card Challenge - I love these challenges. We chose products to use and the host gives us measurements and layout. In the end everyone's card is different and fabulous, it is always a fun event. Here is my monochromatic creation.
Card Details:
- Just Jade CS Card Base - 11" x 4 1/4", score and fold at 5 1/4" and 1" x 4 1/4"
- Sweet Symmetry DSP - 3" x 4" , 1" x 4"
- Basic White CS - 2 1/2" x 3"
- Inside Liner - 5 1/4" x 4"
Instructions:
- Use glue to adhere DSP to card base as pictured.
- If desired stamp image on 1' x 4 1/4" Just Jade CS with Just Jade ink and then glue to card base between DSP pieces.
- Stamps sentiment and images (if desired) onto Basic White CS and adhere to card with dimensionals.
- Now add your choice of embellishment to card front. I used the Rhinestone Waves Basic Jewels from the Waves of the Ocean Collection - available 1 March.
- Add liner to inside card.
I enjoyed making this card so much that I ended up making 6 in total using the solid pages from the Sweet Symmetry DSP - Bumblebee, Calypso Coral, Flirty Flamingo, Just Jade and Night of Navy.
