In the Pines - Watercolor with Wink of Stella

Hey Crafty Friends!!  I have really quick and easy card to share with you today.  All you need is a stamps, one ink pad, paper and Wink of Stella.  This was inspired by card found on Pinterest -- a great place for inspiration.

Card Details

  • Stamps
    • In The Pines
    • Itty Bitty Christmas (sentiment)
  • Paper
    • Whisper White Thick card base - 11" x 4 1/4"
    • Pretty Peacock layer - 5 3/8" x 4 1/8"
    • Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper layer - 5 1/4" x 4"
  • Ink
    • Pretty Peacock
  • Tools/Embellishments
    • Wink of Stella

Tip: To color the background I put some ink on a stamping block and then squeezed a bit of Wink of Stella in it.  Mixed that up with the Wink of Stella brush and applied it to the watercolor paper.  You can use this technique on the Shimmery White paper, but I find the watercolor paper is a little easier to work with.  Watch me create this card on my unscripted YouTube video.  lol
