Quick and Easy Monday - featuring Simply Zinnia available March 5, 2024

Welcome Friends!  Today's card is a quick and easy card creation that is great for beginner cards makers or card classes.  This is just ink, stamps, paper and embellishments.  I am using a new stamp set the Simple Zinnia that will be available in the Online Exclusive section of the Stampin' Up! store on March 5, 2024.   


Card Instructions:

  1. Cut Mossy Meadow cardstock 4 1/4" x 11", score and fold at 5 1/2" for card base.
  2. Adhere 5" x 3 3/4" piece of *Flowering Zinnia Designer Series Paper onto card front using glue. 
  3. On a 3" x 3 3/4" piece of Basic White cardstock stamp flowers from the *Simply Zinnia stamp set onto left side with Berry Burst ink. 
  4. To the right of the flowers stamps the sentiment with Mossy Meadow ink. 
  5. Attached stamped piece to card base with Stampin' Dimensionals. 
  6. Finished it off with 2023-2025 In Color Dots

    Stamping With Friends Blog Hop - featuring Mini Catalog/Sale-a-Bration Brochure Products



    Hey Friends!  Today I am joining the Stamping with Friends  Blog Hop featuring projects from the January-April 2024 Mini Catalog and Sale-a-Bration Brochure.


    I chose the Notes of  Nature stamps and Nature's Sweetness Designer Series Paper DSP).  You can find them on pages 40-43 in the Jan-Apr Mini Catalog.  This card has a quick and easy layout that would work well for making multiple cards at once and it focuses on the DSP -- my favorite crafting product!!!



    Card Details:

    • Stamps
      • Notes of Nature
    • Paper
      • Copper Clay Cardstock
      • Nature's Sweetness 12" x 12" DSP 
    • Ink
      • Copper Clay, Pebbled Path
    • Tools/Embellishments 
      • Adhesive-Backed Cork Rounds
      • Countryside Corners Dies 


    I used Copper Clay ink to stamp some dots at an angle on the top layer to step it up a bit.  Tone on tone stamping is a great way to add a bit of pizzazz to your cards.   Make sure you stop by my stamping friends blog to see more Jan-Apr Mini Catalog and Sale-a-Bration projects.
