Whimsy & Wonder - Thinking of You

Hey Crafty Friends!!!  Have you seen the Whimsy & Wonder Specialty Designer Series Paper in the July-December Mini Catalog?  Let's just say is it a ADORABLE!!  Even though it is a holiday/winter themed paper some of the sheets can be used for other occasions like my thinking of you card.  






Card Instructions: 

  1. Start with 11" x 4 1/4" Basic White card base and attach 1 3/4" x 5 1/2" piece of DSP using glue.
  2. Use 3rd largest circle die to cut a Basic White, Mossy Meadow and Polished Pink circle.  
  3. Stamp sentiment from Thinking Thanks & Peace stamps onto white circle using Mint Macaron ink.
  4. Layer circles together and attach to card base with dimensionals..
  5. Add desired number of Artistry Adhesive Backed Sequins. 



In my video I created a stepped version by changing one circle to Be Dazzling SAB paper and added a Misty Moonlight layer for the background.  The Be Dazzling 6x6 Paper is a FREE item during Sale-A-Bration.

Beauty of Friendship Bundle - Thinking of You Card

Hey Crafty Friends!!  This week I am loving the Beauty of Friendship Bundle and Beauty of the Earth Designer Series Paper.  This beautiful paper is included in our DSP sale, check it out here.  



Card Instructions: 

  1.  Cut Early Espresso CS 11" x 4 1/4", score and fold at 5 1/2" for card base.
  2.  Emboss 4" x 5 1/4" Crumb Cake CS with Tasteful Textures 3D Embossing   folder and adhere to card base.
  3.  Cut Merry Merlot CS 1 1/2" x 4"  and emboss with Brick and Mortar 3D   Embossing folder.  Gently sponge on Early Espresso and Merry Merlot ink.  
  4.  Use a sponge to dab a bit of Tombow Multipurpose glue on brick embossing,   allow to dry and add gold leafing.  Attach to card front with glue.
  5.  Use Beautiful Tree dies to cut large tree and large tree leaves from the   Beauty  of the Earth DSP.  Die cut birds from Merry Merlot CS.  Attach to   card front with glue and dimensionals as pictured.  
  6.  Stamp sentiment with Early Espresso ink, die cut and attach with dimensionals.
