Soft Pastels Bloghop - featuring the Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder


Hey Crafty Friends!!! Today I am participating in an international blog hop hosted by my friends at Crafty Collaboration.  The theme today is Soft Pastels -- so if you have every wonder how you can use the pastels in your card making this hop is for you.  Be sure to visit all the other bloggers for inspiration. 


Card Measurements
  • Poppy Parade CS card base - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", score and fold at 4 1/4"
  • Basic White CS embossed layer - 4" x 5 1/4", plus scrap for sentiment
  • Granny Apple Green CS - scrap for sentiment


Note: I scrapped chalks onto my silicon mat and used blending brushes to apply chalk to dry embossed white cardstock.  Once I was happy with colors I sprayed the cardstock lightly with hair spray to fix the chalks.
